1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
- Orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners.
- You will receive order confirmation and shipping updates via SMS/WhatsApp.
2. Payment Method
- We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
- No online or prepaid payment options are available at this time.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
3. Delivery Timeline
- All orders are delivered within 7 working days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery may take slightly longer in case of remote locations, natural disruptions, or courier delays.
4. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the order is not accepted or the customer is unavailable, the package may be returned to us.
Repeated failed deliveries may lead to cancellation of future COD orders.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate.
PEAKSOLE will not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear unboxing video
- Photos of the product
Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.
